    Return Policy

    You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and include tags and proof of purchase.

    All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

    Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.


    Non‑Returnable Items

    We cannot accept returns for:

    • Perishable goods
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Personal care/beauty products
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

    Exchanges

    For the fastest exchange, return your item (once approved) and place a new order.


    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.
    Approved refunds (minus the 10% restocking fee) are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take longer to post it.
