Refund policy
Return Policy You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. We charge a 10% restocking fee for returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and include all tags and proof of purchase. Approved returns require the customer to cover return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a prepaid return label. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless otherwise stated by us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at theotarealm@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care or beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges For the fastest exchange, return your item (once approved) and place a new order.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
